Exceptional transport deals with transports that fall outside standard dimensions. This could be a load that is too wide, too high, too long or too heavy - or a combination of these. Think of silos, wind turbine components, construction machinery or prefab elements. Such transport requires country-specific exemptions, often with additional conditions such as escorts or adapted routes.
